So you want to start your child on a GFCF diet, but you don’t know where to begin. Well listen up! Once you get in the flow of the GFCF diet, you will realize that your child eats pretty much the same things over and over...with a little variation once in a while. We cook most of our son’s GFCF meals at home which usually consists of chicken, beef, potatoes, rice and a mix of vegetables. But we also throw in a few ready made foods that we have researched to break up the monotony. Save yourself some time and just trust me when I say we’ve tried nearly everything out there. The following list of foods is not only the cleanest foods we’ve found, but the best tasting too. Most of these foods are available at Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, or Raley’s. Please note: a few of the foods here are not GFCF certified, but they are so close that we decided to use them. It is ultimately up to you how strictly you want to follow the GFCF diet.
